Felt I got a great deal but I need to prove to my husband it will be a very good deal once I get it a facelift.

After owning a shuttlecraft jetsport for quite a few years, I can tell you there is no manual that will give you that information.

Your only option for factory components would be through their website. Keep in mind that they were bought out by a company in Australia that is doing what they can to provide new boats and parts.

That being said, Jetsports are no longer in production, and shipping from Australia is horrible!!

The good news is that the bimini top is nothing you can't buy from Overtons, west marine etc. Just get dimensions and order the color you like. Mine was factory, and there was nothing special about it other than the color matched the graphics.

Your best bet on a custom cover is to go to your local tarp repair shop, or cover maker local to you with the boat. They will literally throw the bolt of fabric over the boat and custom make you a cover with as heavy of fabric as you want, and with what features/colors you want. Many times these can be the same price or less than if you had ordered it new with the boat.

There are also many custom upholstery shops that can recover your seats. Do some searching online for those that have recovered their seats. It's a great way to freshen them up.

Knowing that the shuttlecraft can take on a bit of water, check your bilge pump for proper operation. Then dump some bleach or heavy cleaner inside and go at it with a pressure washer. That will remove the mildew that will form inside the hull. Then the smell is gone. I will take bleach smell over mildew anyday!!

Enjoy it, it's a fun ride. I loved mine and miss the heck out of it. Our new SeaDoo fits our current needs a bit better though.

    Good luck!

hey thank you so much. How do I find out where all the Plugs are & go??? My husband drove from Kansas City all the way to upper Minnesota on Saturday to pick this up for me. We want to find out everything we need to do before we see if it floats Then I will take your awesome suggestions. I am really REALLY looking forward to trying it out. No one on our lake has heard of this that I know of

I have a video walk around of my JetSport when I had it advertised. Take a look at the one with and without the waverunner attached. It may help you understand it a bit.

There should only be two plugs in the back of each side. There should be one strap that goes over the PWC towards the rear. The PWC itself is totally it's own animal, so refer to the manufacturer for help on that one. What PWC do you have installed? SeaDoo, Yamaha, Kawi?

If you were planning on using the shuttlecraft with an existing PWC (seadoo) you need a railkit installed to accept your exact model of PWC. They are specific. For example, mine had the Yamaha GP1300r/1200r/800r rail kit for my waverunner. Nothing else would fit. It came from the previous owner with the SeaDoo GSX rail kit installed. I pulled it out and sold it on Ebay for a few hundred dollars.

Watch licensing in your state. In MN and ND, these had to be licensed separate from the PWC and insured as a barge as it had no engine of it's own. Crazy!! The trailer should be the factory ShoreLandr trailer. You can adjust the inner bunks for your PWC if you are not using one that came with it.

Check out these videos for additional help or questions that my come up.

WE have a Seadoo GTX and so did the prior owner we hope ours will fit this rail. As for insurance in MO they just added the value to the Seadoo and as for licensing we are waiting to see if we get it in the water and all works Besides we are on a private lake so we supposedly do not need licensed???? Thank you for the videos I will be watching them in a few. Can't thank you enough for all your help. We LOVE our Seadoo Bombadier GTX 3 seater and we are just hoping this shuttlecraft makes it even more fun.

No issues, that GTX will work just fine in there. The three seaters were designed to push a bit more weight, so that will help. Trim will be helpful too if you have it. If you don't, get some weight in the bow to help get it on plane. Play with weight distribution, and amounts to start off with.

Be sure to use the strap in the rear when you anchor your shuttlecraft and pull the SeaDoo. It will keep the sides from spreading and the sundeck from falling in the water. You will know what I mean the first time it happens.

Don't expect to do any tubing or skiing behind it while in the shuttlecraft. That can happen once you get to your destination and anchor the shuttlecraft. It truly is just an easy way to get more people and bigger coolers to the sandbar!

    Enjoy!
