if your carb kits dont have red on where the diaphragms push on the pop off release throw them in the garbage because it most likely a china kit. I had one last year that was out of spec(too short) and only found it after hours of measurements. now I only use mikuni kits.

check all fuses and make sure battery polarity wasn t reversed.

did you check the reed valves? also one long beep means there is a code coming up in the ecu.
