Hello, I have a 97 xp with a bent rear driveshaft, and was wondering if anybody knew if a 96 xp or any other model has the same shaft. I checked online parts stores and they seem to indicate that 97 is special, but I find it hard to believe. Perhaps it's just the carbon ring or some exoernal part.

Anyone know a good place to get over the counter new or used parts in Seattle? I need a 97 xp drive shaft today!

So I finally got my 1997 Seadoo XP fuel lines replaced, carbs cleaned and tuned, and I go out for a test run. It ran great for about 5 minutes and then it almost sank! I limped it to shore and found my carbon ring had exploded, hose clamps and boot was ripped to shreds. So no I am faced...
