The thing in the second picture is the voltage regulator Rectifier. Also I don't think there is a fuel switch could be wrong though.

Id check the rotary but you could try to raise the idle or give it some throttle. Also did you use genuine mikuni parts for the carb rebuild?

That is pretty low compression. The only 5/16 size of line is the supply so I think you have the measurements swapped.

When the carbs are on the main line will be the one on the bottom near the throttle cable and the pulse is on the side of the mag carb and return is on the top of the mag side.

That doesnt seem to be the oil tank line is it? Also the exhaust looks very dirty might want to clean it a little not sure if it will cause any issues.

Wear ring is most likely bad.

I doubt someone changed out the fitting but if it is wrong then that could cause performance issues

Id take the head off and inspect the bad cylinder to see what went wrong.

Get the exhaust nut removal tool. It makes removing and putting the exhaust on way easier

I would use return line for your primer it can cause bubbles if you use main line

Check the carb Reference for correct high/low speed screws here. Sea Doo PWC Carburetor Reference

Check your pop off pressure. Should be around 10-24 I think. Carb Reference

Im pretty sure the flywhell itself is the same but the mag thing on the flywheel could be different. The timing would be off and would not run at all if it wasn't right. If you tried to start it, it would backfire or not try to fire at all.

They are all over ebay should be easy to find

Are they on their websit or in person?

Did you replace original tempo lines? Also someone could have messed with jetting.

Did you use genuine mikini kit and are the high speed set at 0 and low speed set at 1 1/2
