We recently bought this Ski knowing it didn't run but motor had good compression. Found it had a bad coil replaced. But now still won't start when I pull the plugs out they are soaked on fuel. Supposedly the carbs were rebuilt but who knows if they're right and I'm no carb expert. What are some...
