Yes that's the bolt, I pulled the plug for the cylinder, and cranked it over, it didn't throw any water. I checked compression in both cylinder, they were good and even.

I have 2000 gs 717, and have water leaking around one of my head bolt, when it's on the hose. I was thinking about removing bolt and filling hole with sealant,than put bolt slightly threw hole, and let dry than push in further than tighten

Will got it to run with air box on and Start, one turn out low speed, pull choke out, some throttle one pop, than 1/3 throttle only and starts. They should of added more holes on back side of air box for more carb air, if you flip it wouldn't matter

I am sure you are right about carb kit, and yes there is a pulse of air, thanks again

I bought the ski last spring, the inside crankshaft case was loaded with oil from spun bearings and seals, I think maybe pulse line might have some clogging from oil

Just one more thing for now, can I blow compression air threw pulse line into crankcase. This original crankcase, was a previous owner, who blew out both outer seals and 2 inner seals, and might be clogged a little.

I didn't do a leak test, and did not pull choke when stalling, not sure of jets, brought kit from SBT and needle and seat off Amazon, mic parts complete and matched old parts
