A Dealer said that when I replaced the post it will need to be programmed so trying to move the IBR will not work. It will start though. I thought there was no programming needed for post replacement. Seeing conflicting opinions on that.

Thanks for you reply. Water box or muffler is just dirty on outside its really not as bad as it looks. It also is not in contact with anything else. I bet this wasn't flushed properly and sea water ate through it. The engine looks and drives great. Thanks for your reply
