Does anyone have Service Manual for Merc 250 Optimax?

I need to know what Spark Plugs are specified for the motor,
and gap too...

what does the P represent?

Is there a iridium plug available?

Bought the plugs the manual advised : NGK PZFR5F-11

Turns out they are not the only type!

My motor uses IZFR5G (still Laser Iridium type)
