Hello. My Challenger Did not come with a pylon and I see it was an option so I was thinking about buying one, but I have a few questions before I do. First How is it mounted? Does it just bolt to the fiberglass or is it reinforced down below? And is it worth getting? Or is there somthing better other then a tower? I will just use it for tubing.
Thanks guys

Good Luck! I've been trying to get one for 2 years now, they don't supply them anymore. If you do manage to find one or two please let me know i will take it straight away.
I think you would need to get it second hand from a 98 model or get one made, they bolt onto the 4 bolts behind the rear seat (center) in the engine bay.
For tubing i think you are better off using the tow ring, the pylon gives you the extra hieght needed for sking.

Ya, We use the ring but we like to get some air time on our tube. I was thinking that the pylon would be at just the right hight. We tried it on my buddys Moomba witha tower and its just to high. I did find one, and I have seen others in my search take a look at this and tell me what you think. http://www.seadoodepot.com/towing/towingaccessories.htm

Could be worth a try!
It is a different part number than what is listed in my manual but looks like it could be the same!
manual part number 295 500 492
