Utopia 205, Noise and fuel consumed

I have a boat utopia 185 2004, with engine Mercury Optima 200 HP and I want to change it for Utopia 2006, two engines Rotax 155 HP four strokes. One of the reasons why I want to change boat is the noise. Is the engine four stokes of Rotax really quieter? It will be as economic as the Optimax engine?

Also, is it all the same Rotax motor in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.

Give "craigmri" a pm. He used to have an older Sea-Doo with the 240 Mercury, and now runs a 07 with the twin Rotax. He will be able to give you some first hand experience feedback.
